hi people! woke up at 6.30 had breakfast at 7, and WAS by the track at 8am. perfect morning. no wind, sunny and "swedish summer temperatures." had my legs heated by a heat pack and then i started my warm up. felt good, new routines!! LJ went good today, jumped season best, 5.72m. my outdoor PR is 5.84m, its about to get down in some weeks ;) give me 3 or 4 more weeks. after 6 jumps (made it to the finals) i relaxed a bit. went indoor and met my favorite chiropractor! Brian was by the track, he helped me to fix my body back again after LJ! best ever!! he fixed a lot of people in the team too! then i did TJ, my furthest one was 11.63m, i decided to not go from full approach, so i guess i can be a little happy about it anyway? and compared to my indoor best jump at 11.75m? its still good, even if i wish that i was more close to my old results, i used to jump over 12m EVERY competition in EVERY jump! but ill not let it drown me down, this is where i am right now, and I'm on my way to change it. I'm just gotta stay in there some more weeks. ill be fine! can't wait to that day, tho!!
however, i went home by 6.30pm, i was by the track 10,5h! thats a new PR i guess? haha, however, the weather was good anyway ;) KISSES
