Hi babes! Yesterday was a lot of fun except the rainy weather.. me and my love walked to the track to watch a competition! I pretended to warm up haha, and did my sprint workout ;) nobody said anything so I was fine! Met a lot of people who I haven't seen for a long while. fun fun, almost died on my heavy sprints but gosh I LOVE my new plan and everything fits so well right now! 

It was raining really bad when we were done there, so my grandma & grandpa drove us home haha! Thank u! And she helped me to re-plant my basilica flower :) 

Then by the evening we drove to karlshamn to go out and eat with two friends, had a lot of fun! Again, blessed to have all these amazing people around! KISSES
